I can't recall. Did you do the Twilight series? Divergent? Neither are as good as the Hunger Games but perhaps worth a look. All are YA dystopia to some degree.

I still like the first two films better but the end does pay off with the world ridding itself of the oppressors that remained. The "pods" were pretty cool but I absolutely HATED losing Finnick. He became well beloved! I also loved the Haymitch character as well, always good for a laugh no matter what. Glad you enjoyed this!
