2025-01-30 00:56:06 +0000 UTCthis video is such a bittersweet moment for me 😭 it brings me so much joy watching her thrive in her element but it just makes it so much more obvious that the media and haters and her own insecurities have almost fully diminished her confidence now. although this was 10 years ago, it’s really apparent she started to struggle with her confidence about 3-5 years ago and to no fault of her own. it’s sad you can’t ask the world to just be nice to legends we have now before it’s too late bc we alllll know that once we lose someone special like her, everyone comes out of the wood works and sing their praises when really they were the haters all along. alright, tangent over haha MIAM may not be my fav album but it’s one of my fav eras of Mariah as a person. 💕💕💕
