Poll Changes

The problem with majority vote and how things are cycled, as another comment has said it'll just be the same few girls cycling around without any variation. Hopefully that will change

I sympathize with you Kimmy77 but I've seen this before with other content creators. They get big within a certain fan base in this case with RWBY. But when they try to broaden the content to other franchises or original work to draw in new people (as you should to grow as a content creator) to get potentially more donations or commissions it inadvertently causes a divide between new and old. Now I'm not here to say RWBY is good or bad truthfully I'm in different to it I like your art style all the same. It's clear you like RWBY on some level and that's your core base. So keep doing RWBY at your own discretion and open polls to your fans and payers with just RWBY to keep them happy. But when YOU want to switch things up and do something other then RWBY then make a poll with everything but RWBY allowed in it. so you can appease newer folks and give them a shot of seeing something they might want. It's really the only way to not get burnt out on commission grind. I also like the idea of a franchise cool down in the general anything goes poll. Though if that were implemented I would like the regular picture poll & Dakimakura poll to be in separate instances. Otherwise people might keep suggesting character A from franchise A for a regular image and win then have it on cycle. A different fan might never see character B from franchise A have a good Dakimakura because of the cool down cycle. Well that is my honest opinion. P.S. I love your Dakimakura it's the reason I'm a level 3.

I like Michael's idea of a franchise cooldown - I think that'd lead to more variety overall; however a 3:1 ratio as Kimmy mentioned sounds very reasonable (provided there are no mixed polls). Frankly, I think both ideas in tandem would be best, if the polls are kept at all (since Kampico also made a good point about having the 3 SAO pieces in a 1 month span). (I also particularly like Monochrome-Spectre's idea, to facilitate further variety even with the RWBY pieces.)

I don't have a problem with RWBY characters being in polls I have a problem with the same RWBY character winning the polls and none of the other ones getting a chance. My idea is that you straw poll every RWBY female character and just weed them out until they're all drawn up. A friend of mine did this with the females in pokemon and it worked out pretty well for us. cause it seems like even amongst the RWBY only polls they're seems to be the same 5 characters winning. but I do like Micheal's idea for a franchise cooldown, that seems like a fair way to rotate other females characters in.

How about a Franchise-cooldown? Like, If a RWBY-girl get chosen, all RWBY-girls are off the Charts for 1 or 2 months, Same with other franchises?

cool down sounds great. concerning non RWBY polls, maybe make it 50/50? it do some non RWBY and some RWBY only polls, because RWBY wins most of the time anyways.
