Based on the pose with Fern slumping backwards, you could maybe have shorter Frieren struggling to prop her up from behind. I see you've already got the hands around Fern's upper torso. Instead of having the hands wrap around Fern like that, you can maybe have Frieren shifting sideways and using her forearm/shoulder to push up against Fern's back. This would allow you give Frieren more visibility than she otherwise would since she'd be rotated 90 degrees relative to Fern. Based on that angle, you could even have Fern interacting with Frieren's cock, such as having her hand caressing it or something. Hard to really say if that'll work or not, but I'm just throwing some ideas out there.
