I remember a meeting my team was having with the editorial managers, and they wanted me to make some stupid changes we did not agree on. The head of my team lost it on them and started yelling that they did not respect the art teams. He was yelling so loud that everyone including the owner heard it in their offices. Sadly, I ended up making the changes and my team was pissed. The team lead ended up leaving the company a few months after that.
