yeah, that was me. its the head. i made the merge files so that i could render them in blender. and after doing 2 of them, i figured why not make all of them and release them. but yeah, the head is INSANELY high polly. i think its the eyes... something is up with those eyes.... but yeah. 😅

Looks really good!
I did run into an issue with the "miniatures" files though. They froze my slicer every time I tried to open them. I think it is a combination of the high poly-count and them still having all the cuts/keys of the full version (which I think is adding a ton of extra calculations that are overwhelming the slicer).
I left a comment about it on the Cults3D page but thought I would mention it here too.
I took one version into Blender and reduced the poly-count (plus merged a few pieces to eliminate a couple seams). It opened alright in the slicer after that. I will do the same later with the other versions, so I'll be able to print them fine. However, I know not everyone will know how/be able to go into 3D modeling software to solve it themselves if they run into the same issue; so I wanted to make you aware in case you wanted to look into it.
Otherwise, the model turned out great! Also, idk if it was your decision or the artist's, but I really do appreciate your giving us the full models to be able to easily print miniatures in the first place despite the issues, so thank you for that especially.

Did you get the soft details fixed like you were talking about yesterday?
