This is Crimson High News and guess what? We've got news! About Crimson High!
Big surprise.
Let's get right into it, shall we?

The next update is more than halfway finished and will be a decent chunk longer than previous updates. About 40-50% longer, to be precise, although the accuracy of this statement is questionable since it's based on the word count alone. A part of the content is hidden behind choices (both previous and new ones), so depending on what you pick you might get more or less of it.
Quality-wise I think the game is still improving with each update, so this one turns out to be pretty damn good in my eyes. But ultimately you guys will be the judges of that.

0.17 will bring a small addition to the background image feature for the in-game phone that adds your chosen wallpaper to the message system phone as well. Now you can look at your favorite hamster CG whenever one of the girls messages you.

I can't pinpoint a date for the release yet but my best guess is somewhere around mid/end of next week. Maybe even sooner, who knows.

Aside from that there's not a lot else to talk about really. Work is going nicely like usual. No weird hiccups or anything. Just good ol' reliable Crimson High update shenanigans.

I'll keep posting regular progress reports over on Discord as usual and make another Dev Log on here during the development of 0.18.
