Is there any action that can be taken about the usage of apps to bypass the Presidential Records Act? How is the usage of Signal just okay and not to be fought against?

2025-04-08 19:46:02 +0000 UTCLiberation Day! Being an international student of this podcast, the headlines I've been seeing this past week are around Trump's tariffs. How do these tariffs fly, in the face of Free Trade Agreements that the US has signed? Are the tariffs technically illegal, but who cares, because as the biggest bully on the block the WTO or etc has no authority? Or is it fair game to introduce tariffs because sovereignty or something? I know this is Matt's area of expertise because immigration law is about people from other countries entering the US, and this is about things/objects/property from other countries entering the US, and at least some percentage of the US thinks these are the same thing... π€ππ
