What is going on with the death penalty, attorneys general, and immigrants? I am seeing they are trying to use a memo as a way to excuse the death penalty for anyone crossing the boarder, but I'm really hoping its just conspiracy bs.

Are his actions illegal? Can anything be done, or are we screwed (due to the SCOTUS ruling?) I’m also curious on your take about whether the federal gov would be able to target individual trans people by identifying them through passport gender marker changes, gender-affirming care medical history, etc? (AKA, am I on a list somewhere?) Would this be legal (and does the legality even matter)?

The right to levy taxes is enumerated to Congress. If Congress can't delegate rule making in a law, does it not follow that they can't delegate taxes?
