Liz was a wonderful guest with very clear and plain explanations. I would love to hear her back on the show from time to time.

Welcome, Liz. Enjoy you on Gavel Gavel too.

That was excellent. Ms Skeen keeps delivering - having a defense attorney on this is invaluable.

Loving the new era of OA. The bar exam episodes with Heather are shaping up to be just fascinating, Matt is such a great primary cohort, and I've learned a lot about immigration law, which I never knew much of anything about before. And now we have Liz here and also Gavel Gavel, also super knowledgeable, super likeable. We've got a wonderful cast of experts here.

Have y’all read this guy’s book? Would he be a worthwhile guest? https://www.newsweek.com/suing-fossil-fuel-companies-billion-dollars-1819862

This was a really interesting episode and Liz Skeen is a great guest!I hope she becomes a regular contributor to the show(s) because i enjoy hearing her perspective and she’s good at explaining law things. She also just seems like an absolutely lovely person

We certainly should make broader opportunities for justice. But at the moment we are suffering a clown infestation hell bent on performative antics for the camera. We will be lucky if lunch orders could get organized.

in the UK, there is no statute of limitations on sexual assault/other sexual offences (which I think goes some way towards improving justice for sex crime victims). what is the likelihood that US states would move to do the same?
