Ok so last week revealed to us that the "hot unbreakable streak" was not, in fact, unbreakable. No one could have seen this coming though, so no use in playing the blame game. Thomas comes into the week 5-2. Will he go to 5-4? Or 7-2? Or perhaps the other possible record? Find out!
Then, we get 2 new questions! It's personal injury, and also... personal injury? Maybe? We'll see!

I know it's not literally the same, but the logic is pretty identical. "oh but I've always known you as [deadname]" It's his dumb company that he is financially ruining, he can name it whatever stupid ass thing he wants to.

I've been randomly pulling from a collection of old MBE exam questions and wanted to be sure to get some torts in there, so just some bad luck on this one. I'm going to try to find a new source to see if we can avoid this in the future, as I don't have any way of knowing every one that has ever been used on the show. Sorry about that!
