OA823: Alex Jones Can't Duck the Connecticut Sandy Hook Plaintiffs (& We're Cheeseless!)

Liz and Andrew cover two main stories: (1) the plea bargain agreed to by Ken Cheseboro in Fulton County, Georgia, and (2) the ruling out of bankruptcy court that certain debts are "non-dischargeable in bankruptcy."  What does that mean? Listen and find out!

In the Patreon bonus, Andrew and Liz deep dive into the specific jury instructions and more to figure out why the results were different for similar plaintiffs in Texas.

This is a paid post on Patreon.

As far as Alex Jones' future prospects for earning money, are there avenues for him to earn money without it being seized by the SH plaintiffs? He's already online groveling for donations for his supporters, telling them he needs money for his defense and livelihood. Could he solicit donations for the purposes of legal defense and claim it isn't income? I'm just envisioning this man continuing to operate solely with donations from supporters, and I'm wondering if these bankruptcy rulings will disrupt that substantially.

I had heard of Byron Donalds before, he was who the non-McCarthies voted for on a couple of rounds in January. I think it’s mostly tokenism-trolling, like the idea that feminists would vote for the McCain ticket because Palin being on it meant they had to vote for a woman or turn in their feminist cards. I think Stefanik is smart enough to know that the job in this climate is metaphorically holding the end of the hose pumping out the sewage, but the hose has visible imperfections so you will eventually get soaked and knocked on your butt when the hose ruptures. She’s terrible, but she can see whoever gets in there will be vacated in a few months anyway.
