Okayu is shown inflating larger and larger, with her cheeks puffed out as she blows into the hose. Her figure swells beyond the size of the balloon, her body becoming rounder and more immense, eventually surpassing the size of the apartment, causing the walls to crack and shatter. The vivid expressions on her face and the vibrant colors of the balloons around her add to the whimsical and exaggerated atmosphere of the artwork.
