she was doing an airshow only for her magic to go a bit haywire which makes her from a high speed ace to a slow flying blimp. She doesn't exactly have a summer attire but she could wear her old racing outfit before she was in the military.

Heles from Grandblue Fantasy :

Heles gets kidnapped, tied up, and her kidnappers inflate her with helium as a way to disable her. They forget to turn off the tank after she's sufficiently disabled. When she gets rescued, the crew doesn't have any way to deflate her, so they use her as the Grancypher's balloon while looking for a way to deflate her.

she's trying a new donation alert that is a helium tank that inflates a balloon, the bigger the donation, the bigger the balloon. But while she's distracted, someone shoves the end of the hose up her butt and an untimely biiiig donation comes through, inflating her massively big. At the end, she's floating off the ground while one of her feet is tied to something heavy on the ground to keep her from floating away

Anis with her sparkling summer outfit, and this time she get ambushed while sunbathing only to become a blimp while everyone is looking for her and get tied with string to hold her.
