What happens to the special master in the Fox/Dominion case? Does he/she still need to report back to judge about other withheld evidence, or is that moot now? Surely if something is an offence against the court (disobeying order to provide all relevant evidence) , that's separate to any agreement between plaintiffs and defendants?
