A is wrong because the mailbox rule states acceptance is effective upon dispatch. B is wrong because sales of goods is governed by UCC article 2 which provides gap fillers for price. C is wrong because this isn't a merchant firm offer or option contract. Therefore D is correct because the offer was accepted before the buyer revoked his offer.
