OA504: Cosby Released in Nonsense Ruling

In purely legal terms, the Cosby release is even WORSE than you have likely heard. It's a complicated legal breakdown, but that's what Andrew is best at! Listen in to understand just how bewildering this ruling was. After that, Andrew gives us a very quick take on the Trump Org indictments.

OA504: Cosby Released in Nonsense Ruling

Comments

What a horrible decision. I recall a pair of tweets a few years ago when Kavanaugh was confirmed, which I since can't locate online but remember them so clearly. I located the first (it's by Erin Keane of Salon), but can't find the second, which is the one that's become my phone's screensaver: Tweet #1: Every woman I know has been storing anger for years in her body and it's starting to feel like bees are going to pour out of all of our mouths at the same time Tweet #2: It's bees o'clock, motherfuckers.

bella ciao

Depositions can take several days if there is a lot of material to cover, or the deponent can only do a few hours at a time.
