He's now 121-for-232 (52.2%). And yet, due to a cruel trick of mathematics, so did the coin, which jumps out to a commanding lead in the contest as it is 4-for-7 (57.1%).

My company works with the various Bar organizations and I was recently reviewing some information from a Mock exam for the NY bar, and every question I looked at was one that Andrew had asked - I felt so smart knowing all the answers :)

She talked about how there are things that are expected to stay in the house and there are things that are negotiable, like the washer and dryer. Just imagine the reaction of the clients of hers who arrived at their new home, only to find out that the previous owners had <i>taken the paving stones of the driveway!</i>
