4th tier

It could change, but for now only 4 slots available.
This tier can suggest me character(Furry only, not OC. famous character like Kamui or Ryekie).
So there will be four characters, and I will do the poll with them(3rd tier can join)
1st character will be main of one package of month.
And I will draw doodle reward of 2nd character.
I'm still thinking about it, but I think the results will come out soon x3
