Third-Person Point of View

They all could feel it. Being a multiversal being gave you a fundamental sense of the total alignment of the cosmos and since about a year ago that alignment had been shifting more towards good. All the multiversal beings of evil knew they had to stop that from happening, they needed to stop whatever was causing the universes to shift towards more positive energy.

The evil entities didn’t come up with a plan but they knew they had to attack together, if the evil lost this time it wouldn’t be long before they would be hunted down separately. That was why when one of them attacked, they all did so together. The weakest of these multiversal threats was the zombie incarnation of Thanos. His zombie infestation had already infected three universes and with each universes set of infinity stones, his power grew greater.

It was hard to say who the weakest was after him as the rest all had the power to destroy universes and could rival if not surpass the truly strong beings in those universes. Gorr the universe killer had the least destruction tied to his name as he liked to kill each and every god separately which just made it take far longer than the other methods the other entities used. His necrosword the All-black was a combination of six different universes necroswords, each adding to his own strength and making the weapon even more deadly.

Ultron would be next. He only conquered three universes but his far superior intellect led him to assimilate many of the forgotten relics of each universe. He not only took the infinity stones but also consumed enough magical items to become one of the most powerful magical entities in the multiverses. On top of a nigh-indestructible body from the different materials it was comprised of, he was a threat big enough that the Watcher was devising a plan to take him down before he left the universe he was in to go fight the threat they all felt.

Trigon was pure evil. The multiversal Trigon was the physical embodiment of all the evil of a universe that spiraled out of control and began consuming other universes. The strength of a Trigon stuck to a singular world would make them one of the strongest beings in that world but when you added in the consumption of multiple worlds he became far more dangerous and powerful.

Knull was next and possibly the greatest threat if not handled before he could begin expelling the stored symbiotes in his body. He had only consumed the resources of a single universe but he gained all the biomass gathered by the symbiotes and brought it into himself. He could spew an almost infinite torrent of new symbiotes. The longer he was alive the more his evil symbiotes would spread throughout the universe, and the more they’d consume and bring back to him.

The next three all fought against each other in different universes and were the ones to step out the winner in their own. Perpetua, Barbatos, and the Darkest Knight all had similar powers after winning their perspective fight. They were all so powerful they could create new and dark versions of the universes they destroyed and that was what they did until they felt the pull to end the growing threat. The three all came together at the same time and would work together… Until the threat was dealt with… Then the three would fight for power once again to see who would become even stronger.

The three remaining entities were all perhaps a step above the ones discussed. They controlled entire wings of the multiverse and were therefore stronger than all the evil entities said so far. Nekron, Odin, and Darkseid.

What would happen if Odin stayed a warmonger who conquered the entire universe he was from? He would begin to branch out and spread into other universes, conquering and ruling them with the same iron fist he did his original. His children were all born with the same views as himself, those who were strong enough to not be slain in the process of growing to their power were all stronger than Odin from a single universe.

The multiversal Darkseid was just fundamentally stronger than Odin. Odin had time on his side, he was eons older than most universes, let alone a new god. But what Darkseid lost in youth he made up for in raw strength and flexibility. Darkseid the conqueror was the last Darkseid left from the council of Darkseid that worked together. The Darkseid war left only a single all-powerful Darkseid behind to rule. He incorporated the anti-life equation into his DNA, enslaved the physical manifestations of fundamental parts of reality, and created and devised the most all-powerful creations ever like his family box or the universe smasher hammer he wielded.

The last was the purest of evil. Nekron was the physical manifestation of the concept of Death. All the universes that became misaligned towards evil or were destroyed added to his power. He spent most of his time corrupting different universes with shades of his true strength. Every universe could develop a Nekron but the true omniversal Nekron didn’t require that and functioned outside of reality. He couldn’t be defeated as his death would just start the cycle over again.

They all arrived together within the same second. The shift of all the evil suddenly appearing inside a singular universe almost caused it to collapse within the same second. Millions fell over unconscious and those were the ones who got off lucky. Most humans couldn’t sense the dread aura they oozed, if they could they’d have fallen over dead. The few who could sense them but weren’t rendered unconscious began to go insane.

Their eyes began to bleed as they scratched at their faces trying to get the terrible feeling out of their body. Any of the entities could have shown up and destroyed the universe without much effort, for all of them to show up at once set off alerts to everyone with omniscience. All the gods were alerted, only the strong or foolish would come to fight against the threat. Many other gods desperately attempted to flee the universe as they could see the outcome before it happened.

In that singular second, they all thought this would be an easy mission. With so many truly strong evil entities, their victory seemed like a foregone conclusion. Until a person appeared in front of all of them at the same time. That person looked at three in particular and couldn’t help but smirk. “You showed up to a cosmic being battle without the divine energy to stop yourselves from being outright erased in a second. And one of you even brought the tool to defeat another. Well, thank you for your gift, I’ll take it.”

At that moment the three multiverse killers panicked. How long had it been since they felt fear? It was impossible for one of them. Zombie Thanos was outright annihilated without being able to accomplish anything. One moment he was there, the next he became ashes disintegrated, and turned to dust as the only thing that survived was the gauntlet holding the infinity stones.

Gorr survived for slightly longer but he hadn’t fought anyone who could be considered a multiversal being. He was strong but that didn’t stop his destruction as the person looted his sword. Ultron survived for three seconds. That three seconds was an eternity longer than how fast the other two were wiped out. His magical protections and enhanced body were the only reason he survived for so long.

The three of them shouldn’t have shown up. In a thousand years if they kept their head down and grew in secret they might have been able to last a minute against the man but as they were they were a hindrance on their own team. As he easily killed them the rest all fought against their version of the man.
