We're at the point where a lot of the characters start to undergo some visual changes. Light's eyes get more angular and his hair gets spikier, and his dad is starting to get grey hair. I really like how mundane the series is for how high the stakes are. Most of the scenes so far have either been in Light's bedroom or a random hotel room, all of the characters (except the shinigami) are pretty simply designed, and things like Light going to school are major plot points. It really makes it land how big the character changes are when you see something like Soichiro's hair turning grey.
