This version of Gilgamesh is actually a lot weaker than the version that we see in Zero & UBW due to the fact that he's not an Archer Class servant anymore. In a certain turning point in his life he made the choice to acquire knowledge over having the power he had as an Archer.

2023-03-05 10:54:10 +0000 UTCso the reason why that happened is because that version of "enkidu" still has memories of when they were friends and come back every so often and fucks with his body, movement, sight, targeting, all of that. Its activated by key words like gilgamesh's name which brought the real enkidu's memories forcing the fake to miss his attack. Episode 5 btw lmao it gets better
