2022-09-16 00:53:54 +0000 UTCBtw just to clarify only Captains and Lieutenants have limiters placed on them when they're in the human world. Basically, Ikkaku was able to fight at 100% of his Bankai's strength whilst Renji, Toshiro, and the rest were only at 20%.
