Soy Boy Diet Google Spreadsheet
Added 2017-11-25 14:20:47 +0000 UTCThis will be updated as I remember more things I ate and gather more data, via the tried and tested method of eating more things. I've marked it so people can make suggestions so hopefully you folks can tell me what sort of info I should be putting up or what I should try next. If you'd prefer a straight doc to a spreadsheet comment letting me know :D

The first couple days I was still shooting/editing the video so I was partially starting the diet and partially saying goodbye to the things I'm not eating for the foreseeable future.

anyway... it would be really fun to create a meal plan, but it would very much have to be a team effort.

2019-01-10 13:11:53 +0000 UTCi have no shame! i would love it! i have depression and i used to eat dessert for breakfast before i finally realized i had a serious problem, pulled myself together, and stopped eating any added sugar, which is the best method to address an addiction (plus its actual poison according to some). my great indulgence is now natural peanut butter; which is delicious in oatmeal, with frozen fruit (raspberries, mangoes, or cherries are best) and yogurt (full fat is actually healthier! go figure!), makes smoothies taste like milkshakes, and also happens to control blood glucose response. ive had days when i felt physically incapable of cooking; but ive thrown that fruit, yogurt, and peanut butter snack together with some cinnamon and it was my healthy depression cake. over the years ive learned a lot and have successfully created a healthy, satisying, and sustainable diet for myself that i enjoy much more than i ever did the snack cakes. ive found the key to healthy eating is to figure out which food i enjoy and what i can prepare with little or no effort. i crave healthy food now and it's wonderful. i feel sorry that so many people are hurting themselves with food, and i really wish i could help them all. i will talk about food with anyone who even breathes in my general direction. one final thing i'd say is that meal plans arent sustainable unless they are created based around eating food that makes you happy and that you dont dread having to prepare.

2017-12-03 20:11:50 +0000 UTCWhile it's true that soy doesn't significantly affect fertility/hormone balance, if a vegan/vegetarian diet is something you're likely to continue doing after the month trial I thought you might want to know that eating soy is, arguably, one of the worst diet choices for environmental impact ( https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/environmental-conservation/article/soybean-cultivation-as-a-threat-to-the-environment-in-brazil/191311DBCD27A85DBF0782E989956867 ) - though this does actually apply to meat as most soy is used as animal feedstock. Other non-meat proteins are better in that regard. Not to be a massive downer I just thought it might be useful info!
2017-12-01 12:01:59 +0000 UTCIf possible you should check (if it's indicated!) if the soy used in the products is from GM seeds or not (around 80% of soy in the world is), because I'm sure those leftists specifically engineered soy seeds to lower testosterone even more!
2017-11-27 16:24:13 +0000 UTCYou should do the update video completely deadpan in Rimmer's dress http://thumbsnap.com/s/QPyq8DrW.jpg that would rile up the soy boy conspiracists!

2017-11-27 12:53:01 +0000 UTCMy partner and I were wondering are you going to be measuring your hormone levels in any way to show solid scientific evidence of your slide into beta-male cuckdom? Also, since we are both vegetarians, need any recipes?

2017-11-26 14:28:18 +0000 UTCDo you need tofu recipes? If yes I can hook you up...
2017-11-26 14:15:23 +0000 UTCYou should try the Alpro Go On yogurts, they're so good!
2017-11-26 05:53:17 +0000 UTCI'm really interested in how this goes :) I asked about soy in my transgender support group, a couple of the girls swore by it but most of them said any feminising effect has been completely debunked. It'll be great to hear about how you feel afterwards because its something my friend is seriously considering as the waiting lists are so long, its too bad we can't do blood tests on the oestrogen levels. I hope you enjoy the flavour! Also you're the first person I've backed on patreon so I'm looking forward to learning this website :)

2017-11-26 00:55:53 +0000 UTCI'm not vegan but ever since I started drinking soymilk a few years ago I can't go back, cow milk tastes so nasty compared to it. Interested to see how your tastes change once this diet is over.
2017-11-26 00:26:30 +0000 UTCI've been vegan since February this year, so I am very excited to see how it goes for you. I have gotten stronger and feel better and cleaner. I hope the same for you.

2017-11-25 19:40:07 +0000 UTCSoy flour is quite versatile you can mix it with white and bake bread rolls or muffins. Also pancakes are easy. Lightly toasting the soy flour before using is recommended.
