Commercial stuff for Lisen | Nesli

The other day on Instagram, I posted a little badge of some new commercial photos I've done - and today you'll get the whole session. 😁

Since I personally really like these commercial shoots and looks I usually do for brands and shops like Lisen.dk which I have been done for quite some years now and posted some of it here on Patreon as well - I really think you should see my latest job. 😁

Recently we've been using the same location for these kind of shoots, which is an abandoned garage we know the owner of. He don't mind us using it for some hours here and there - and we're so grateful for that, due to the eminent light available there. 🥹☀️

This particular shoot, was only done in natural light from the sun, no artificial Elinchrom flash or anything. Everything was shot on the Canon R5 with the Canon 24-70 mm f./2.8 L USM III lens. ☺️

(Above is a photo of the garage we use. Notice the bags right at the opening - that was three extremelly heavy bags of sand which we used for this setup.)

Since we were shooting a summer campaign this day, we had to come up with some exotic twists to the very urban and 'grey' garage. 😅 The stylist on set came up with the idea of using real sand with various stones etc, to create an illusion of being "on a beach" (even thou it's pretty obvious it wasn't done on a beach! 😆).

The sand gave it a perfect vibe of being close to a beach we think. It really worked well in my opinion. 😁🙌🏻

Due to different pipes, electrical installations, switches etc in the garage, we found a perfect little spot to work with - in which Jette styled the sand.
As you can see on the photo below I've marked the area in which I had to work with the model, Nesli. ☺️

Since it didn't measure that much, it was a good idea for me to move further away from the wall and zooming instead, to center the frame as much as possible. 😉🤓

(The red area marked on the photo above, marks the area in which I had to keep the framing. Not much - but when walking further away from the subject and using the zoom instead, it works out just fine ☺️)

Since it won't be my last of these jobs, I would like to hear if you even enjoy me showing you stuff like this? I mean, it's nothing special but its commercial stuff and lots of lots of people are in fact seeing the final results anywhere they are used to promote the campaign - and I find that a little enjoyable. 😁

As always: Please feel free to ask away about whatever you want to know about this shoot! ☺️ Technical stuff, practical stuff, tips or tricks - or simply just let me know what you think. 🥳🙏🏻
