작업이 예상 보다 늦어졌네요 ㅠㅠ

저번달 말부터 커피대신 에너지 드링크를 마시면서

작업속도와 컨디션이 향상되는걸 느껴서 매일 반캔~한캔씩 마셨는데

도중에 갑자기 몸상태가 확 나빠지는걸 느꼈습니다

아마도 고카페인과 타우린으로 나중에 쓸 체력을

미리 끌어다 썼던 모양이에요.. 에너지 드링크는

정말 중요할때에만 어쩌다 한번씩 먹어야 겠다고 깨달았습니다

The work has been delayed more than I expected. 😢

Since the end of last month, I started drinking energy drinks instead of coffee and noticed an improvement in my work speed and condition, so I began drinking half to a full can daily.

However, I suddenly felt my physical condition deteriorate significantly.

It seems that the high caffeine and taurine were borrowing energy from my future reserves. I've realized that energy drinks should only be consumed occasionally and only when it's absolutely necessary.

다음 작업은 원래 예정대로 ELLEN JOE 작업을 진행하려고 했는데

이번달 안에 완성하기 힘들고 8월 작업양도 줄어들게 될거같아서

빠르게 완성할수 있는 작업과 저번에 약속했던 리퀘스트 작업을 진행해보려고합니다

I originally planned to continue working on the ELLEN JOE project, but it seems challenging to complete it within this month, and the workload for August might also decrease. So, I’m thinking of focusing on quicker projects and fulfilling the request I promised earlier.
