SAAS Ch. 14 Hot Tub Scene

I'm currently brainstorming possible dialogue options during the upcoming hot tub scene and I'm absolutely flooded with possibilities. It's going to be so fucking good.
In this scene, the group will be playing truth or dare. I'm debating whether or not Lily's boyfriend should be present during the game. I think it'd add a more sinister aspect to include him while the rest of the girls around him are actively plotting against him & swinging the dares in Josh's favor. Lily will also have a physical reason (Michael's presence) to not give into the embarrassing dares other than just an emotional one (staying loyal), which she has already skirted the lines of.
But there's also an opportunity here to just focus on Lily, her limits, and her emotions. I'll have to find a reason to excuse Michael away but that's doable. What do you guys think would work best?

I'm not a fan of traditional cuckolding, which would then leave the option of physically forcing him to watch. I don't think Lily has developed enough to do something that sadistic without it feeling forced. Not to mention, I have Michael's reveal planned already, which is a pivotal part of the upcoming plot. I shall keep your idea in mind though. Thank you.
