Added 2020-11-04 13:33:10 +0000 UTCUpdate to work on the new 30X0 cards.
There is also a fix to remove some black box artifacts.

Frames handling: Mode 4 doesn't remove duplicate frames , leaves them in processed video in the same place where the where before. Depth awareness mode: "Cartoon or anime" introduces noticeable distortion in many interpolated frames of anime, that makes processed video unusable.
