TWS Patch for Rugal2019 by Charles_2011
Added 2022-10-16 06:51:43 +0000 UTCTWS means True widescreen
Fix parallax issue in original version.
and made it widescreen.
Music is in Stages folder, if you want in sound folder please change def file manually.
