Serious Problem with Internet Service
Added 2025-10-28 20:13:53 +0000 UTCI'm having serious problems with the service, and they haven't fixed it. The estimate is between 24 and 72 hours (yes, our companies are that incompetent, unable to fix anything within clear timeframes). They gave me 50GB of temporary connection on my cell phone to at least connect, but it's useless. Most apps, like Patreon, Twitter, etc., aren't working properly, so I can't upload content.
You have no idea how furious and stressed I am right now. It was the worst thing this company could have done to me right now. If they had waited a few days, things would have been different, but it's just as I'm about to finish the challenge.
Anyway, I hope I can at least send this message, because the service is so bad that I'm lucky to be able to log in at times, but the images or anything won't load correctly.
I'll also try to upload today's drawing, at least the lower resolution one.

Thank you very much for the advice and help! The truth is that I use my cell phone very little, although I could figure out how to search on the Internet and how to do what you told me, the reality is that I don't get used to it like I do on a PC. In any case, if I continue to have that problem I will look into how to allow Patreon, Twitter, etc. on the cell phone, but it was also a terrible experience using it and as a modem, which was the last resort I took since the PC also did not open almost any page.

2025-10-29 02:12:16 +0000 UTCSo sorry that you’re having this issue! What sometimes helps with data issues is restarting your phone. If that doesn’t work, you can manually tell which apps/services is allowed to use your network via Settings. It’s a possibility they could be either tunneling traffic to the same cell tower (or servers) you’re connected to. Hope they’re able to resolve it soon!
