Type of lanes have CC (includes jungle) no CC (think about summoners)
tl;dr knowing how waves are and knowing where enemy jg might be you can predict if their safe or not and can countergank or ping them safe or to ward or whatever. Or you can look for kills with this information!!
When Wave is bouncing (coming towards you)
- 1M till it crashes on ur timer
- 30-40s after is the sweet spot
