I see, my line of thinking was perhaps he wanted to be stronger for the very likely fight bot side but I hadn’t thought of that If you’re not back on spawn for raptors aren’t you risking that the enemy jg will take them? Agurin preaches never starting raptors unless (this is my own thinking) perhaps let’s say you have mid prio to defend and/or map is dead in terms of matchups, or you’re playing fast farming jg like shyvana he only really starts raptors on, since his counterplay is to always skip scuttle and base for item adv to fight for lv2 raptors
