rumble nocturne is almost always good vs immobile targets and those 2 champions seem quite op in soloq
i would put diana in A tier but i couldn't find the icon.
K6 specifically in soloq is S tier since u just murder people if you play him right.
fiddlesticks is S tier or even S+ tier if you have full ad champs and they cant go mercs
