King's Throne Room!

I've started this yesterday night but I was only encountering problems then, so I technically started this background this evening.

I quickly made this rug, it was one of the easier parts. I made the insignia in Flash and imported it as an Image Texture. The bricks and checker patterns of the walls and floor are just textures nodes in Blender. Nothing too crazy here.

Then, I made this pillar while one of my sisters was hanging out with me, it's a basic pillar based on the ones in Star Allies and Super Star Ultra.

I duplicated it a bunch of times and put them around the room.

I then made a standing chandelier. I want this room to be quite dark at night, and while looking at some ideas for the castle from Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I decided that candles should be the main source of lighting when the sun is out. I then added some star statues, windows and a door! I ultimately decided to change the chandeliers to gold instead of black, so they fit the aesthetic.

I added a Boolean modifier on the walls to add cuts to the windows and doors. I'm happy with the result! Now, it's just missing the throne itself. I didn't think I'd make it this far, to be honest.
