For transparency's sake, I need to make sure you all know that since the Dragon Quest video is coming out on the 1st or 2nd of October, you won't be charged for September.
I don't think it would be fair to charge you for a video that didn't come out!

I'd be fine being charged. Its not like you havnt been working. If I was funding individual projects we'd be on monthly kickstarters.
