The Ace of Hearts in "Make Me!"

Again, I am caught without a Cartoon History of Iceland page, so instead, I whipped out another Ace of Hearts page at unsafe speeds.
I wonder why I daydream about this guy so much? His jokes are a little labored, and while he's a pretty decent singer, his dancing is only so-so. I guess I just like his general attitude.

A guy who is all jolly and levity while throwing tanks around, but you know shit is serios when he drops his smile, that's is always fun. He kind of reminds me of a not-evil version of Alastor from Hazbin Hotel, he is never fully dressed without a smile and his friends and enemies alike are never completely sure about what is going on in his head.
