2025-09-25 00:47:31 +0000 UTCIf you're gonna make use of "field effect ordinance", you best make sure you shield yourself and your gear from the same effects as best you can. And they're spot on . . . the Mini-Gun class of rapid fire weapons is definitely in the upper tiers and is not cheap by any standards, not even for the military. On top of it being in the "heavy" class and requires either a good mass of muscle or a vehicle mount to even wield the sucker. And that beast he just use would cost the military a real chunk of change and wouldn't likely be in wide production, so "yeah" definitely limits the number of "gun-nuts" who can get their mitts on one and still have enough money to keep it well stocked on ammo to keep it running form more than a minute. Couple that with a psyche profile for a sadist who enjoys killing for the heck of it . . . ooooooo, what a mess.
