This is just a wild daydream from an unknown Reef Corsair standing guard with a Cabal Centurion. The real diplomatic exchange is as expected: long, boring and should’ve been a hologram meeting. Wanted to draw that but tired.

I really like how perfectly this flows as a sequence! And the expressions add so much to it. Mara being more stoic and then getting utterly expressive while Caiatl is at all points outwardly delighted and dominating. And then the SMILES at the end!! It's so wholesome and sweet and it makes me happy in a way that's difficult to even articulate. That's a damn successful diplomatic exchange.
