Doubt it's how it would work but imagine if she actually started attaining Goddess like powers from people worshiping her, that whole 'enough faith placed on a single point can actually work miracles' idea. Course then she may start hearing their prayers, never getting a moments peace. @.@ But nah, top expectation right now is no amount of worship could cause that. Would be funny if an Angel/Demon/Etc showed up first, her being none the wiser to some cult existing of her, and they were all. "We're not mad, but you're putting a serious drain on our own supply of Faith so if you could just either pick a side or get folks to stop praying to you it would be a big help." ^^;
