I think that woman in the office that seemed to be supporting Pat might have been trying to get herself promoted by both turning it into a company scandal and being supportive at the same time. That way, when Jeng and Pat resign, she can walk into the promotion. Regarding the manager position... while Pat is capable, he doesn't have experience which you need to take on a more executive role. Chot seems more capable of handling personnel matters, whereas Pat seems a bit gullible and easy to manipulate. I'm guessing Pat knows all that, and resigned because he believed that Jeng was only promoting him because of their relationship.

Everyone around Jeng has been warning him about boss and subordinate relationship, it was how things were going to be viewed of it got out him and Pat are together. I'm a little surprised he didn't already have a plan in place, a couple of plans at least. Pat left while he was asleep because Pat knew Jeng would try to talk him out of it, every solution Jeng had Pat had a counter argument to. They were going around in circles. That woman coworker who used to annoy him is now on his side. She surprised me. I love that Jeng is taking every opportunity to flirt, he isn't holding back anymore. Chots conversation with his fiance made me cry too. Pat is reluctant to hold hands in public because his relationship with Put was not out in the open. Getting Pat to be out with him, Jeng will have to be a little patient. It's obvious things are over with Jen and Jaab, they were both hurt when things turned sour between them. I think Jaab was trying to move on. He could barely talk or look at Jen, I think he didn't know where to start, they haven't seen or talked to each other for a while. I think it's amazing Jeng already wants to marry Pat, imaging him and Pat in the bride and grooms place. I was pissed they don't want Pat working with that group because of the possibility Pat and Jeng are dating. What does it matter? His personal life has nothing to do with his work. The last picture of them was when they were at the club, Pat was crying over the break up with Put. And what either of them were doing there was no one's business. It just pisses me off people are being so condemning towards them and they don't know the story.
