Hmmm. That form would just be a basic starting point I'm assuming. There's a lot they'd have to discuss about what her abilities actually are and the fact that they increase as she learns more. Also recognizing her responsibilities outside the organization. She is effectively the world's Archmage after all. That may not mean a whole lot now, but it will in the not too distant future.
