Though I’m getting the vibe that they use their powers too liberally on unsuspecting people without their consent or knowledge. Something that I doubt Mink appreciates. Still the rabbit seems to be good natured so who knows.

Judging by the snark quotient, I'd say: "still very pissed, but willing to forego hospitalizing anyone if responded to appropriately". If that final word bubble is instead someone else observing a glowing, growling, lightning crackling Mink standing in the door, then talk fast Ollie.
