The cops may not believe in this zombie nonsense, but the ex-zombies are grateful to their liberator. To a degree hard for the people who haven't experienced the zombie curse themselves to understand. Nobody's laying a finger on her while they're around.
Sorry to have missed Monday. Busy weekend. Looking to be a busy week, too.

Actually, that would be the best possible thing Laura could do: agree to go to the station, answer questions, perhaps even be detained while the decision to prosecute is made. I've said this in other forums when the issue of carrying a weapon came up: guns aren't force field generators, if you draw you'd better be prepared to fire, if you fire be trying to hit to stop the threat, and be prepared for that to mean killing, and that to mean being arrested, jailed, and tried. If you aren't willing to take that risk, don't draw, don't even carry. In this case, Laura is always packing (GET YOUR MIND OUT OF THE GUTTER) and needs to realize that sometimes she may need to stick around to answer for her actions.
