Hmm, had to wait for her to talk in English to discover her, can't tell how much her body is altered with magic cause he thinks her tits are fake, knows she's the Faltown Angel from appearance but not from her feats, he seems like a very untrained figure who only uses his powers to get his way rather than actually practice magic.

Had she taken the time to study the situation, to learn what the locals do and don't do (like talk on cell phones! in English!) and surveil the target before he even knows he is being surveilled, she might have been able to quickly and quietly take care of him when the time came. Now, it's going to be messy - especially if Pat gets involved.
