I've said it for years . . . when the system proves incapable of doing what needs to be done because of society's countless kowtowing to liberals and panty-wasted wimps pulling its teeth . . . then it is time to stuff the system onto the bookshelf--if not into the shredder--and deal with the problem yourself . . . or, turn it over to those more than capable of doing it and having no qualms about how nasty they do the job so long as the job gets done.
