He doesn't feel much emotion towards other people.I think Gao Shii de is one of the few people he feels affection for? So he expresses it by being super close to him. But he doesn't feel any romantic attachment to him. The doctor also likes to fuck with people who feel emotions in a way he can't. He finds it funny that people think he's with Gao Shi De.
