When they rebuild it, they included that in the design as well as other things (like I doubt they used regular materials). From what has been said, it's better than what they once said in Gold Digger ( http://antarcticpresslibrary.com/gdcolor/gdcolor006.pdf ) about the annual Explorer's Banquet: "Look, rookie... they demolished the banquet hall they put up last year... they'll demolish this one... and next year? after they've build a new one? SURPRISE!!! They'll trash THAT one too!!"
