2019-09-18 21:14:46 +0000 UTCI came up with a sci-fi group called the Star Hunters. They go after (space) pirates. Part of their philosophy is to make piracy as dangerous and unprofitable as they can to minimize the number of people attempting it. S&I sound like they have the same idea.
