Karno has Max on the "good guys" side, but he's not entirely clean, either. We don't know if Jack has ever hit any of his companies. Would Max find Jack useful to keep the slime he sometimes employs from misusing his resources too much, or a vigilante who he has to avoid? You need to clone yourself, Karno.
