How often does it need to be bloodily demonstrated that a starving man has nothing to lose?

When it gets to where the law can no longer full fill its created purpose to "serve and protect" the many, then it's time to clear the slate by any and all means available . . . no matter how nasty it gets for the bastards responsible.
